If you have forgotten your Adhand account password or want to change it for other reasons, follow these simple steps.

How to reset your password if you can't log in to your account

1. Go to the service login screen.
2. Click the "Forgot your password?" button.
3. Enter the email address you used to register.

• If the mail is found in the system, you will receive an email to reset your password.
• If the mail is entered in error or is not in the database, an error message will appear.

4. Open the email with the subject "Password Recovery" and follow the link provided in the email.
5. Think of a new password, enter it twice, and save your changes.
6. Done! You can now log in to Adhand with your new password.

How to change your password if you are already logged in to your account

1. In the upper right corner, click on your profile and select "Change Password".
2. Enter the current password and the new password (twice to confirm).

• If the data is entered correctly, the password will be updated.
• If the old password is incorrect or the new password does not meet the requirements, an error message will appear.

3. Save the changes. Now use the new password to log in to Adhand.
