There are 2 types of targeting in Telegram Ads in Euro Cabinet: Target Users and Target Channels. You can't target on both parameters at once. Each type of targeting has a set of parameters to be set 👇

In Telegram Ads with a euro ad cabinet, geotargeting with country selection is available. However, despite the ability to specify any country, in practice, targeting works only for Russia (in the Russian-speaking Euro account) and Uzbekistan (in the Uzbek Euro account).

Application language 🔤

Show ads to users who prefer a specific language (who know and understand it). That is, if you select Russian, ads will be shown only to users who have Russian selected in the app.

Important: When setting up Telegram Ads, it is important to combine the language and topics of channels. If you want to show ads in channels of a certain topic, be sure to specify the language of these channels. However, you can't use the "language + specific channels" combination, because in this case the ad will be shown not only in the selected channels, but also in all channels in the specified language.

Target specific Telegram channels. Add up to 100 unique addresses of target channels in this format: adhandapp, without @ and https.

Four ideas for effective channel ad targeting

Setting up audiences in the Telegram Ads cabinet in TON

In Telegram Ads TONs, you can only target specific channels.

There are no other restrictions on targeting in TON Cabinets. This means that you can target all countries and languages, except for users located in Russia, Ukraine, Palestine and Israel.

A few rules of thumb for adding channels for targeting in TON advertising cabinets:

channels (from 1000 subscribers) are added manually in the format of a link to the channel.
Telegram offers similarly themed channels.
There is no way to edit the list of channels in a ready-made campaign, so you have to make a copy with a different composition of channels.
You can't see statistics on how ads worked in each channel separately. Only by campaign.
If you need statistics by channel, you need to make a separate campaign for each channel.

Advice from AdHand experts: large channels should be placed in separate campaigns, while small channels can be grouped together.

A campaign's budget can be changed while it is running. For example, if a campaign does not produce results, its budget can be moved to another campaign.
