To create an ad in Telegram, you need a Telegram Ads account. You can create it via AdHand. To get started , register on the AdHand platform.
Once registered, go through the remaining steps to start running ads. Fill out your credentials. When registering and filling out your details, enter a phone number where AdHand managers can contact you in messengers to clarify information about your account.
